More than just bread

The ETA Crustica offers 12 automatic programmes, helping you to prepare classic white and wholemeal loaves, sweet breads, and gluten-free recipes, as well as pizza dough, cakes, jams or even preservative-free homemade yoghurt. The bread maker also has a Custom programme so you can adjust each of the baking stages to fit your own recipes.

Personalise every detail

Whether you’re baking for yourself or the whole family, you can customise every loaf. Choose from three loaf sizes – 0.5 kg, 0.75 kg or 1 kg – and select the crust colour you prefer (light, medium or dark). The BPA-free viewing window lets you monitor the entire baking process without opening the lid and losing heat.

Fresh bread every morning

Thanks to the 15-hour delay timer, you can set your baking schedule to the exact minute. Simply add the ingredients in the evening, and wake up to the smell of freshly baked bread in the morning. The keep-warm function maintains the bread’s temperature for up to 60 minutes after baking – perfect if you arrive home later than planned.
